2nd ECDA Fellow Executive Programme

Klover Asia is honoured and pleased to share that our Managing Director, Dr. Justina Tan, has been invited again to conduct a training for the 2nd ECDA (Early Childhood Development Agency) Fellow Executive Programme as a part of its ECPL (Early Childhood Pinnacle Leaders) Programme for exemplary leaders of the early childhood industry.

The full-day session revolving around the theme of mentoring and coaching was held for the group of senior early childhood professionals, including (Lead) Executive Principals, Principals, Senior Curriculum Specialists and Senior (General) Managers, and sought to further enhace their competencies in their fundamental roles as developers of early childhood educators and standard-bearers of the industry.

Participants were familiarised with the concepts and tools of mentoring and coaching and were presented with opportunities to discuss and simulate how the skills and knowledge taught would be applicable in their professional roles.

Dr. Justina Tan had first conducted the session in 2016 during the 1st ECDA Fellow Executive Programme.
